Flick Brothers liquidations Auction Terms and Conditions.
This is an Online Only Auction. These terms and conditions must be agreed to before placing a bid. All bids are considered a contractual agreement to pay for the winning bid plus premium and taxes at the end of the auction. Items must be paid for prior to picking up the item.
Pick-Up: Items must be picked up during the scheduled pick-up times, no exceptions. Pick up times are Thursday 12-7 and Saturday 11-2 immediately following the auction. Winning bidders must present the email confirming they are the winner at the time of pick-up. If items are not picked up during scheduled pick-up times items will be considered forfeited/abandoned.
Shipping:Shipping is not available on most auctions, availability and cost will be in the details of the auction.
Abandoned Items:Any item not picked up by the set time will be considered an abandoned item. Flick Bros. Will have the option of reselling, removing, storing, or abandoning all abandoned items at the expense of the buyer.
Warranty:All items are sold “as is”/“where is” with no warranty or returns. Inspections of items can be conducted prior to auction at scheduled inspection times. All items are to be considered “Untested” unless otherwise stated.
Item Description:Remember that you are bidding on the item description not the picture. There is always the chance that the wrong picture may have gotten matched up with the listing.
Auction Item Conditions:Appears New: item appears to have never been used. Open Box: the item has been opened and we cannot guarantee the condition of the item. Preowned: the item has been previously used. Missing Parts: item is missing pieces and will be noted in the description. Damaged: item has defects and will be noted in the description. Miscellaneous Box Lot: lot contains multiple items; we cannot be certain of the condition of the items in the lot. Mystery Box: items in the box are unknown.
Payments:Acceptable forms of payment are Visa and MasterCard. At the conclusion of the auction the credit card that is on file will be charged for all purchases, fees, and taxes. An email will be sent notifying winning bidders at the close of the auction. We do not share or sell any bidder information.
Buyers Premium:There is a 13% buyers premium. If you purchase an item for $100.00 at checkout you will be charged $113.00.
Taxes:Local sales tax of 6.75% will be charged for this auction. If you are tax exempt you must email a copy of the proper state tax exempt form to flickbrosauctions@yahoo.com prier to the close of the auction.
Staggered Closing:This auction closes 3 lots every minute.
Dynamic Closing:The closing of an item will extend 2 minutes every time there is a bid placed in the final 2 minutes of an items closing.
Bidding Errors:Review your bids after submitting them to make sure there has not been any mistakes. If there is a mistake contact us immediately by email at flickbrosauction@yahoo.com. Bid will not be reversed after the auction has closed.
Bidding Rights:Auctioneer and the seller reserve the right to bid on items on behalf of themselves as well as others.
